rap4 stock sucksMar 06, 2010 they sent me a rap4 stock that doesnt fit right. the hole for the spring was too small so i had to make the hole bigger. the gun shell would not close properly because the stock was a little too big. i had to bang my marker halves together till the plastic on the stock starts to shave and mold to the shell. i have a few rap4 products and let me tell yah, the quality is not there. i would give this a one star but since i end up being able to put the stock in i give it two.

Tips on Shaving for fitJan 28, 2010 For 15 dollars, this is the best thing to buy for your tippmann 98. It makes it look awesome and the feel of it after you get it to fit is great. The only problem is getting it to fit into the groves for your old back plug.
The slots on the stock don't match the groves for the original plug exactly. since the stock is plastic, and the body is hard metal, i jammed the stock into the one half of stock and rotated it showing exactly where the groves where not fitting. I then took a sharp knife and carved away parts that weren't needed. After that, i slapped the other side on. It didn't quite fit, but it fit enough to start the bolts in that hold the two halves together. Then i just tightened it up and squished the plastic pieces and it fit incredibly well.
Makes the gun looks 100% cooler. Must have for around 15 dollars.
Does not fit Tippmann 98 customJan 11, 2010 This doesnt fit into the back of my tippmann 98 custom properly. I had to sand the plastic down in order to be able to close my gun. Other than that...it does what it says. 98 Custom stock and it looks and feels great.
Great UpGradeDec 17, 2009 Great Up grade to the 98 Custom it really compliments the sight i feel more accurate with it the only problem really its when you have your mask on its hard to get that great aim other then that the product is worth it compare to 50 dollars at a local store for plasctic. i recommend it
Great productOct 15, 2009 I bought this stock (RAP4) for my 98 custom. When it arrived & I realized the brand, I was very pleasantly surprised at the cost ($12). Great product, fits well, just need to do a bit of adjusting/trimming as other reviewers have stated.
