the best of the best of the BESTAug 19, 2010 the best paintball gun ever (besides the x7). Has never jamed so far. It's the best paintball gun for the $
ExcellentJul 28, 2010 I've had this gun for five years and it is great. It is durable and meant to least. I've used my A-5 in 90 degree weather and 20 degree weather, I've used it in rain and snow, and it runs like a swiss clock. Definitely buy the flatline barrel if you want range and accuracy to reach out and touch someone. With the A5 and flatline barrel, I've outclassed opponents using fully automatic markers due to this gun's accuracy and durablity. I've tagged opponents two hundred plus feet out with a shot in the mask with this system. Also, with the cyclone feed system, you can achieve a high rate of fire and not worry about ball jams with a gravity-fed system. If you install the flatline barrel, be sure to set your velocity below 300 ft/s and use quality balls. If you ramp the velocity up or use low quality balls, there will be chopping. Other than that, this marker will be your best friend in any fight.

Great gun for the $$Apr 09, 2010 great marker & very customizable-- can make it look like a variety of popular weapons (such as m4 &ak47).
This marker is accurate if barrel is upgraded. a J&J barrel is good if you're cheap. flatline barrel is best for range (use good paint!)... just pick your poison and research the barrel you find right for you. [...] is great for that stuff.
the a5 is very durable too. i took a nose-dive with it and my flatline barrel... i landed with the end of the barrel straight into the ground & nearly all my weight on top of it--marker still works as good as new.
the cyclone feed system is very nice-- every time you shoot, a ball will come out. With an egrip (automatic), you will be able to fire at a high rate and not have to worry about upgrading to a fancy hopper.
if you are just starting out for paintball or are looking for a slight upgrade from a cheaper marker, this is the one to get.
Gret gunMar 14, 2010 Great all around gun. Very costomizable. Cyclone feed works great. Kinda a gass hog but not too bad
Awesome MarkerFeb 15, 2010 Love this marker! It's great! Customizable, lightweight, doesn't chop paint, within my price range.
I run my A5 on compressed air, w/remote, 20" J&J Ceramic Sniper Barrel. With the barrel I can put paint down range, but I still haven't found the perfect paint for this marker. Paint hasn't broken inside the marker but I had a lot of bounces at long range.
