Description The Flatline Barrel System is the first production back spin barrel ever produced. The principle behind the system is Tippmann's newly designed slightly curved barrel, which applies centrifugal force to the ball, creating backspin. Not only does this system offer increased accuracy and distance but also offers flat trajectory for thick brush and canopy play. By minimizing trajectory of the ball and increasing accuracy, you increase the amount of targets which would ordinarily be out of range. The Flatline Barrel System adds 100 feet of flat trajectory GUARANTEED. This auction is for one flatline barrel for a Tippmann A5 marker.

I was shocked!!Jul 19, 2010 This was the worst investment i have made in all of the items to upgrade my Tippmann A-5. This Flatline Barrel was so terrible that the stock barrel worked 100 times better! The accuracy on the Flatline was soo inconsistent. I would not recomend this to anyone. Im ashamed to say i even tried it, sounded too good to be true, and it was!
So good it's cheating.Jun 30, 2010 This barrel is so accurate, it's borderline cheating. The paint goes EXACTLY where you want it. You definitely want to use low bore paint and for the love of god, don't use c02. Invest in compressed air for MUCH more consistent shots.
Great barrel - smooth looks!Jun 28, 2010 This barrel is fantastic. It installs easily, and definitely improves distance and accuracy in game play. Turns your A-5 into an H&K MP5 silenced lookalike! Get the folding stock too! I highly recommend this product!
Great barrel & a lot of fun!Apr 09, 2010 range range range!!! terrific barrel for woodsball.
don't use cheap paint!!
you must have good paint for this barrel for accuracy to prevent chopping paint....
if you only buy cheap paint, don't buy this barrel... i recommend a J&J ceramic barrel for that (it self cleans).
if you break paint in the flatline, you must clean it or else you will be hooking/slicing balls 30+ feet off target (or more!).
so all in all, clean barrel often, and use good paint... you may need to adjust the velocity of your marker slightly to find that sweet spot for accuracy.
if you have the extra cash, try it out.
an amazing barrel!Sep 09, 2009 i always stuck wit my APEX barrel, but i thought that maybe i would try a new look and a new barrel. the flat line to me is at a tie with the apex. the apex is cheaper and can hook in any direction and has distance and accuarcy. the flat line improves your distance by 150+ ft. amazing accuracy. they both have an intimidating look.
