My favorite markerMay 10, 2010 I bought this because I saw it had great reviews on [...] and I also thought it looked cool. Out of the box its FPS was set to about 315 and it shot laser straight every time (at targets). When I lowered it the next day to play at a field (about 280 fps) it was still extremely accurate and performed very well. A lot of people have complained about weight but it only gets noticeable after 4 or 5 hours and if you get a remote line you wont notice it at all. The toolbox in the mag is also helpful because I always have an allen wrench now.
I got an after-market E-trigger and it still works perfectly and I have never chopped a single ball. For woodsball it is great, and i took the stock off to try speedball and that was fine as well.
Bottomline is, if you want a great marker for not a lot of dinero, i highly recommend this to anyone, especially beginners.
Very good, but only for beginersMar 29, 2010 This is a great gun. This gun is heavy, durable, reliable, and fast.
cons: very heavy, not fast, single finger trigger, only good for beginers.
pros: very reliable, good for beginers, strong/tough, fast enough for regular gameplay.
conclusion: this is a great gun for beginers and i still use it but im upgradeing to a wdp angel a1 fly wonderboy. if your not going to upgrade then get this, but if you are then just get like a custom 98 or something cheap.
This gun is Bad Ase!Sep 06, 2009 Got this gun for my son as a B-day present. I wish I would have gotton TWO.
I don't know anything about paintball guns, but that being said the gun looks awesome and works perfect. Had a family reunion and everyone loved shooting it and just posing for pictures with it. It's a littl heavy for young kids, but fot teenagers and adults it fine. Its solid and the stock and extend or retract. It has decent accuracy and and has never jammed even once - exept when your low on air.

great gunJul 21, 2009 this gun is by far one of the best guns i've had, it is reliable (no chop blocks), accurate (11 inch barrel), and down right cool looking. M16 sights work great, love how the stock can adjust to your arm length. tippmann has really out done its self on this one! only thing that might be a problem is the weight, 6 pounds is a little heavy compared to other guns but the stock helps with the balance of it! overall great gun for beginner or veteran, woodsball or speedball, sniper of runner. BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Woodsball 10/10- speedball 3/10Apr 25, 2009 If all you play is woods ball get this gun now! I got it for woods ball and was more than satisfied! However then i played a speed ball game with it and NO! Dont use it for speed ball. It was better than the rental 98's but it was heavy and awkward... especially in snake. I would recommend it if you only play woods ball but if you play a mix then get an ion.
